UnitedHealthcare was looking for a creative refresh—one that would showcase its exceptional employees and the dedication they bring not only to their work, but also to their lives outside the office. Our team helped guide the brand in that direction through testimonial-driven work that gave viewers a glimpse into these remarkable individuals and their commitment to caring for others. By focusing on real stories and personal experiences, we created work that felt genuine, relatable, and reflective of the real UnitedHealthcare.

Videos

We worked closely with UHC employees to bring their authentic stories to life through a series of short-form videos designed to capture viewers’ attention and spark curiosity to learn more. These spots featured Keishanna, Spencer and Crystal—three individuals we spent hours interviewing to better understand their experiences and perspectives. Their words helped shape the scripts, and ultimately bring the final spots to life.

The work above helped influence and eventually result in UHC’s new anthem spot for their “Committed to Care” campaign.
